My calls are answered pretty quickly here. I am never put on hold for a long time. Parking is plenty and never too far from the entrance. The only negative is that you might have to wait a long time in the waiting room or in the exam room, a very long time, but they say that's b/c they take their time with each patient. Which is usually the case, they answer all my questions and make sure I got everything answered. So take the good with the bad.
