Every time I call them and leave a message, they always get back to me within the same day. I've never had to wait more than 24 hours. The staff is very professional and caring. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were one of the most knowledgeable doctor's I've ever met, and were able to answer every single one of my questions. I didn't spend very much time in the waiting room, which I really appreciated. I was seen very quickly.
