They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I was very disappointed. The doctor provided a script with the wrong biopsy. I was told I had to pay $5.00 per 1 sided page for my medical records to be transfered to another doctor. I made multiple appointments, but the secretary never scheduled them. I requested to talk about these problems to the doctor and I was told I had to pay for an office visit! I would never visit them again.

I CAME TO THE OFFICE LAST WEEK AND SPOKEN TO THE DESK…I ASKED TO RENEW TWO PRESCRIPTIONS…DESK TOLD ME TO COME PICK THEM UP FRIDAY…CAME ON FRIDAY AND WAS TOLD, ‘SCRIPTS IN MANAHAWKIN OFFICE’…DESK HAD ORDERS SHREDDED, I WAS TOLD TO RETURN MONDAY AND ‘SORRY ABOUT THAT’…

CAME MONDAY AND GOTTEN THE SAME RESPONSE…I ASKED TO SPEAK TO DR TO VOICE MY DISPLEASURE AND WAS TOLD THAT WASN'T’T ALLOWED…FINALLY I HAD DESK FAX SCRIPT TO LOCAL PHARMACY WHICH I DIDN'T’T WANT BUT…WAS TOLD AGAIN ‘SORRY ABOUT THAT’…

THIS IS NOT THE WAY OF THE STAFF OF A LOCAL DR TO ACT OR IS THIS INDICATIVE OF SOUTH NJ?
