Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Definitely! They customized their treatment for my condition, and it was very effective

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. This chiropractor seriously misdiagnosed my condition. They totally didn't know what they were doing, which is why I never returned. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.
