Dr Cooper was abrupt, dismissive, rude and condescending on my appointment. She did a procedure while I was sitting on a chair in the patient office and did not even have me on the patient table. Dr Cooper glanced at 3 concerns which were all very different. Dr Cooper told me that two of the moles were the same which I did not agree with, One mole was a lesion growth type and the other completely different. She gave me 3 options and said to choose one. She was not interested and dismissive when I asked a question about the procedures. She immediately takes out the device to start the procedure with one comment and basically no prep after selecting the procedure option. Dr Cooper did the procedures while I was sitting on a chair next to a desk, not even in the right position for this procedure. I can't imagine this Doctor treating anyone professional and nice. My experience was horrible and I will never go back. I have never been treated by any Dr so terrible and unprofessional. Dr Cooper ended the appointment with a comment, you can come back if you want. I thought a Dr. will tell you if you need a follow up appointment. I am extremely disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of Doctor Cooper and will never refer anyone to her.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

Sometimes, I have to persuade her that I have an important concern that needs her attention. I went in for a ful body exam, and she just glaced at me as I stood, and was done in a couple of minutes. Next time, I got a different doctor in the practice, who actually gave me a more complete exam. There have been times that she has paid attention to my concerns, but not many. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult.
