Morristown Office: I was a new patient and requested a full body scan for questionable moles. Here is my opinion of the experience....Firstly, the office receptionists were very nice....But the staff room assistants were very unfriendly. A new assistant learning was very nice though....Her boss was not.....I had to wait about 30 minutes for Dr. Cooper. Assistants wouldn't smile. Dr. Cooper came in and didn't even introduce herself. I found her abrupt and unfriendly. Very unpersonalized. I wasn't looking for a 15 minute chit chat but at least act concerned. She examined me quickly and decided to remove moles in question. Bedside manner was cold and she never mentioned my name at all, like in a friendly, "Nice to have met you" ....Assembly line doctors.... Staff was equally cold...I am not returning.....unbelievable!

Dr Cooper and all staff were very good. Only problem is that I am male, 66, overweight and shy. The doctors are professional, young, attractive, and female. I have to work up my nerve to visit when I should.
