Great doctor, but he is always backed up. He schedules appointments every 15 minutes, but he does spend a lot of time with you (30 to 45 minutes) so there is always a wait. He is a great doctor and will listen to you and give you the time needed. I would recommend him but be prepared to wait. I always try to make the first available appointment or as close to the first appointment as possible.

Great doctor, but let me tell you be prepared to wait, wait, wait. Usually you are waiting for a minimum of 2 hours to see the doctor. Very annoying that's for sure. Great doctor, but there is a wait.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.
