I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.

Both the doctor and his staff were exceptional. All of my questions were answered, and my concerns were taken seriously. I felt the doctor and his staff cared about me and treated me warmly and respectfully.
