ms. Katz was rude and condescending. The office seemed filthy and I left there in tears after being rushed and dismissed by ms. Katz. She was recommended to me by one of the drs at my primary care practice. What a horrible experience.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
