It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
