One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
