I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.
