They were friendly and made me feel at home. I really appreciated the kindness of both the doctor and staff. Their staff is very friendly and professional; I felt welcome. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting this doctor. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Their equipment was very advanced and modern. I was impressed. My provider is very respected and knows many other professionals in their field. I have no doubt they will get me access to the best information out there whether they incorporate themselves or they recommend I go to someone else.
My back surgery was very successful,I felt just about normal in 3-4 weeks. I had 2 other relatives operated on by Dr. Girasle and the results were excellent as well.Not only is he a top surgeon but also a very nice guy. On my last visit I asked if I could kiss him I was so happy.

No, it was rather cramped

No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, it wasn't too loud

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
No, I don't think so

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
