No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. the eye exam lasted less than five minutes. All that he did was to looke at records and rx a little stronger. No questions as to meds that I was taking or any issues that I had. No drops to dilate eyes and or anything else. Felt like he was in a hurry. The previous patient was very quick which I felt was a little strange. Not going back and will write letter explaining my feelings to the owner of the business.

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Absolutely, the'll fix them right in front of you. No waiting necessary!

Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
