They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

On a personal note - I always get the sense Dr. Perks is willing to spend the necessary time with me and my children. He is willing to answer any question - even silly ones - and explains things so my kids understand as well.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
Absolutely!
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
