Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Dr Dugan and his nurse Marcie are superior human beings. They deal with death and dying every day and try to turn the process of dealing with cancer into just another medical issue. I cannot describe how they have helped my family and they are truly superior human beings. Thank you I will never forget your caring support and honesty.
