Wonderful staff, fabulous DC! I'd visit every couple of weeks if my ins would cover it. I always feel amazing after I leave. I have Fibromyalgia and Dr Bard helps me so much.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff are great people, and very friendly. They are attentive and make you feel right at home.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling
encouraged.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Yes! I was given all the information I needed without having to ask
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
