I had a neck injury and went to Janelle hoping for relief. After 3 visits, in a 1 week period, I was in extreme pain. The pain got progressively worse after each visit. I was informed that this was normal. After my 3 rd visit I was in such extreme pain 5-8 after that I went to the ER. I ended up having a slipped disk in my lower neck area ( after MRI ) and was told by my primary in Boston that the treatments by Janelle more than likely aggravated the disk. I do not recommend her.... At all.

Absolutely! I was given many practical and helpful tips that sped up my recovery!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
