I read a negative review for this practice so I was nervous going there but, they were great! First, they were the first place that didn't have a six month or more wait. They took me at the appointment time, no wait. In the room, the doctor came in within five minutes. She was extremely efficient yet I did not feel at all rushed. I was very, very happy with Dr. Andersen and Andover Dermatology. I would gladly recommend them!! I will concur that the first time I called, I thought the person answering the phone was rude and not helpful. I actually cancelled my first appointment because of that. Then, I realized that they were the most convenient choice so I rescheduled! I'm glad I did! I will stay with Dr. Andersen, as I thought she was fantastic!! As was the nurse, Betsy!

It's your usual office. I obviously like Dr. Andersen, that's why I'm going back. If I could change something, it would be the attitudes of the people answering the phones. They aren't mean, but not very pleasant either. It makes me not want to call back if I have a question or need to change an appointment. I'd feel like I was bothering or interrupting them.

She did a great job! She noticed a tiny blemish on my face which turned out to be pre-cancerous. She treated it effectively before it could get worse.
