Dr. Exil is extremely compassionate and talks to the patient personally and really gets them to connect and is very parent friendly. He is conservative and traditional with treatment, which is appreciated when you are not sure what is really wrong with your child. Once the situation gets complicated, the doctor does not seem to be able to treat the child with the same degree of knowledge and help. He did not appear receptive to the idea that our child was having unusual and horrific side effects from the first pill. Boston Children's Hospital had to take our child in emergency services after 3 days on the AED when Dr. Exil insisted that we just needed more time to let our child adjust to the AED. We were very happy with Dr. Exil's extra care initially, until problems with treatment arose and then he became downright mean and dismissive.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office?
Yes

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
