I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
