waited an hour to find out it would be another 11/2 hours , if I was 1 hour late they would charge me or cancel my visit ... call people if you are running over an hour late , my time is important also . I had set up enough time 11/2 hour for this appt. Older woman with blonde hair very rude ... I will look for another doctor

Doctor Weiter is tops in his field; there is none better. The only negative is that appointments often run behind schedule , but he is in high demand and has lots of patients. He repaired my loose retina over 15 years ago and it is still fine. He and his colleague recently repaired my wife's macular edema which she contracted from the prednisone they gave her after liver transplantation at the Mayo Clinic.

In addition, he is always smiling and cordial. If you need his services, he is the top of the heap in his field.

I saw this provider in his Methuen office. I am definitely not going to go out of my way to recommend them to anyone I know after my experience. Their eye care equipment was some of the oldest equipment I have ever seen in an opthamologists office. I was scared to let them do anything to my eyes. The staff was busy texting with their feet up on the chairs.I also did not need to see one staff's thong underwear!. The provider was uninterested in my comments and when I had a question he brushed it aside and talked to my husband. Staff was unprofessionally dressed. Stains on carpet. Layers of dust on all the equipment. Waited one hour before I was even seen after they called and changed the appt to an earlier time!
