Their staff was not rude, but they barely do their job.

Dr. Chodirker himself is great, but his office staff is horrid failing to return calls and ultimately costing me $200 out of pocket because they didn't file my insurance paper work ontime.

On my first visit I was in the middle of changing jobs so I was without insurance. I asked to reschedule but was told in no uncertain terms that it would be 9 MONTHS until I could get in, but that they would give me a physical for $100. So I went and asked several times "Is this included in the $100". I was told countless times yes. Then I had blood work and a tetanus shot ordered. Before accepting either I asked "is this included" and again I was told yes.

I paid my $100 and left. A week later... $800 bill from the Dr's office. To counter, I applied for Cobra ($200) and filed it under that.

The blood work was no problem and was processed quickly. The doctor's office however FAILED to return my calls to billing on multiple occasions. As a result, the 60 days to file with insurance lapse and I was stuck with a balance of an additional $65 for a tetanus shot ($50 for administration $15 for the shot itself).

In then end my $100 physical cost $400 (after co-pays and costs I couldn't seek reimbursement for).

Might be great if you have insurance. I do now, but I will not go back here.
