They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician, they were so kid friendly and made my child feel instantly comfortable. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child.
