They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so attentive and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. I have been a client there for over 25 years and I will absolutely return. Dr. Condon is very personable and professional, and never promotes sales or upgrading eyewear if not needed, but if its time, is very supportive in selection of new products. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Doctor Condon pays close attention to me and all my questions are answered. His staff is very friendly and professional. The office is in the center of Norwood and easy to locate. II will definitely return...Dr Condon has been my OD for twenty years. He has a very straightforward approach, listens carefully and thinks before answering.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
