Their primary concern is MONEY. Patients come second
The staff is pretty unconcerned about talking about your personal and financial information in front of the entire lobby, but they take you into a little room to tell you the price.
After surgery they march you, half awake, down a winding hallway into a room the size of a closet. There they leave you to wake up, with different staff people coming and going and telling you conflicting information
Worst, the rooms are so close together you can hear the person next door puking while you are fighting nausea
and the treatment rooms are inches away so the patients get to hear it all too
They need a bigger, nicer less confusing space for all the money they charge
and they need to learn the HIIPA law.
