They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Dr. Watchel was very [rpfessional and friendly. I have waited no more than 5 minutes to see him. I have recommended him to my friends . I have seen him for a number of years and have always been very satisfied.

One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.

The office was easy enough to find. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
