I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I was in some pain during my appointment, but it was bearable. I still wish they had been a bit more careful and gentle.

I was so glad they went over my test results with me. I felt a lot better knowing exactly what was going on. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
