I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They did an amazing job at finally providing me with an accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. I've been to other optometrists that didn't really help, but now I can finally see well once again.
