MISINFORMATION DOES NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS SHE EVADES THEM. -1O STARS. RUN FROM HER AS FAST AS POSSIBLE DO NOT WAIT A MINUTE TO SEE A DIFFERENT DOC. IT MAY SAVE YOU LIFE AS IT DID'NT SAVE MY FATHERS.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They left my mother in a life and death situation that landed us in Boston. The delay and lack of information made her chances of recovery impossible. Dr. Mateen should retire.

More interested in media exposure than medicine .

No respect or communciaction with patient as far as options .

Dictatorial and dismissive.

Proven incorrect .in overstaging patient and offering thirdline therapy though aggressive therapy was medically in order .

Witholds information.

Distorts information .

Tells patient one thing and writes another in her reports--careful to protect her assets ,

Plays God .

Not recommended on any level .
