Terrible "chair-side" manner. Rude and brusque with me. Impatient and harsh. Probably the second worst experience I have had with a medical provider. Should not be working with patients or the public.

Sarah was very helpful in providing or finding suitable hearing aids at the best possible price. Hearing aids can be very expensive and are not usually covered by medical insurance. Sarah fitted me with two Starkey 1200 BTE hearing aids, configured to my hearing loss, for half the price of new ones.

I have been a patient of Sarah's for over 20 years. After visiting a number of Audiologists in the Tri-Valley area, I count it a blessing to have found Sarah. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and well-versed in the latest breakthroughs and technology. She is also extemely patient and accomodating when being fitted with new instruments. In this industry, many providers sell based on price point only (either way too high or bait and switch too low). The Hearing Center is a great value and provides value added services with competative pricing. They treat their staff with so much respect. It is obvious that they have a good relationship with all of their staff members. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I am always in awe at the level of service I receive.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Very, they were extremely gentle and careful

No, they never postpone my appointment
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Sarah is a very intellegent audiologist who is able to focus on my issues/concerns and analyze them while holding lively converstions and is it always enjoyable to see her.
