I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. The cologne they wore was nauseating. I wanted to cover my nose the entire time I was there. I could hardly stand being in the room. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared.
