They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance.
