I highly recommend Dr. Fraser Henderson to all patients who have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome or Chiari malformation -- or think they might have either or both syndromes. He is uniquely experienced, qualified and dedicated to his patients. He and his staff members know each patient well and go to great lengths to make them feel they are not alone, that there are, in most cases, solutions to these medical conditions. The office is easy to locate. I've been to many doctors trying to get a solid diagnosis and a treatment plan for my daughter. I finally feel I can relax. We are in not just good hands, but the best hands.

Dr. Henderson operated on me in 2/2010 for Tarlov cysts on my spine. What a fabulous outcome occurred. I actually had 5 Tarlov cysts and unbearable pain andd issues associated with TC's. I live in Florida and found Dr. Henderson via a search on the internet. I was flew into Maryland the day before my surgery. He is such a gentleman with exceptionally skilled hands. He performed a miracle on me. I no longer have pain and am enjoying life. One very important issue that came up for me was my insurance. While Dr. Henderson may not be listed on your plan, he was not on mine, AETNA considered him as IN network due to the compexity of a TC surgery. You will not find a surgeon in your area, unless you are in Maryland, DC area, which is where Dr. Henderson can be found. He was so compassionate, caring, knowledable of TC's, and most importantly highly skilled. I highly recommend him. His staff members work as a team and it is very easy to reach them and even Dr. Henderson. It made no difference that I flew back to Florida after my surgery. He was always available to take my calls, regardless of time of day and he frequently called me himself to see how I was doing. Thank you Dr. Henderson.
