Just a whonderful person all around! My family and myself have been patients of Gail Casals and Steven Balsamo sinse I was a little girl and I trust them with my life. The patient care they provide goes above and beyond what most others will do!
She always will greet you with a fabulous smile as well, an Amazing person all around.

This practice is amazing and C.A.R.E.S.

doctor (or NP) is great, knowledgeable, caring, makes me feel at ease.

the staff is another story. Their staff was not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome there.

trying to call is very difficult, have been caught so many times they ask me to call back and ask for so and so, but then i cant get anyone on the line, office staff is so unhelpful i dont want to go back.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Never, they are very reliable.
