Dr Levey's billing practices are so horrible I will NEVER go there again for recommend him at all!! They do not tell you up front but they 'split bill' and charge you hundreds of dollars for the DR visit and then hundreds of dollars for the 'facility fee'! After I already had seen him several times, none of which helped my issue at all, I received the billing which was over $600 a visit!! Billing is outrageous, overcharged and fraudulent in my opinion!! DO NOT SEE THIS DR unless you want to pay $600 for a visit!
