They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
