They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They had a couple of interesting magazines. They charged me more than my insurance contracted rate and they are in-network. I've requested a refund of the difference, but still have not gotten a response

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer.

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up after my appointment just to check up on me. Their office was well organized and clean. Great doctor! I've been with him for quite a while.
