I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. When he worked on my shoulder he nicked a nerve and left my left palm, little finger and half my ring finger numb. It is still this way after three an one half years. He is only after the money.
