The wait at Dr Tolli's office can be a long one as he is in such high demand; but he is so worth the wait, I just had back surgery done by him and I feel so fantastic I have to remind myself it's only been 3 weeks; the pain I lived through for 4 years since I broke my back is gone.
I cannot give him enough stars and if you get an appointment take a book because you will wait but he is worth the wait!

The wait in doctor Tolli's office is never a short one. Over the years I went to him I had a lot of appointments. Even when I was the first appointment in the morning I had to wait 20 minutes. The later my appt was, the longer I usually had to wait. The biggest problem I had was that he never seemed to believe what I said that I was feeling in the part of my neck that hurt. Frustrating.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
