I had an appointment with Dr Rowen at 3:15pm today. I last saw him in his Pleasanton office, therefore I assumed that the appointment was in that office. No one told me that it was at his other office in Livermore. I reached his office at 3:06pm. The girl at the front desk asks me to wait and calls someone. That someone states that they need to reschedule. It had already taken me 4 weeks to get on his calendar. I was upset and left for Livermore hoping he would see me there as I need attention to my stomach ailment immediately. I was again stonewalled in the Livermore office. "We dont want to jeopardize other patients" by having the Doctor look at you was the response I got. What about this patient standing right in front of her? The office staff are arrogant and think that they are clerks at a movie theater. Why would anyone want to see a doctor if he is well? The lady also tells me that Dr Rowen is retiring and pushes me to see a non MD resource that they have in the office. I will definitely not go back to this Doctor. Regards, Ramana Madhavpedd
They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff did not make me feel stupid for calling. The appt calls were easy and no irratating message prompts. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
