I have had to contact this office many times by phone and in person due to my daughter having a recurring illness. The staff and doctors respond to my calls immediately even though I call over and over. They are very patient and treat me as if I am their only patient. I recently called for my own illness and was able to get an appointment within two days. The doctors are well respected by other professionals in the field and I am always told that I was fortunate to have picked this office.

I was at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The restrooms were well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper. I was satisfied with the level of service provided and will be returning. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. They always take the time to listen to me.

I would refer anyone to Dr. Hertz. She is a caring, thorough and brilliant physician. She went out of her way to accommodate my schedule. I got the appointment time I wanted. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The entire office had the most friendly attitude, and all went out of their way to make me feel at home. I really appreciated the warm welcome.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
