This was a first visit and it took 5 months to get in to see the doctor but I know that the staff has a ton of new referrals each day and that's why they are booked out so far. Dr. Metrick was very patient with us and answered the many questions we had and was patient with our 4-year-old as he bounced around the room for an hour. I think we left feeling let down because the answers to our son's condition were disappointing but the visit itself was fine. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated my child. Cold bedside manner, lacking in empathy. Child was scared of the doctor. Would not recommend to others.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
