Mayur Patel and his staff are unprofessional on every level; Dr. Patel took a personal call during my visit; he has his back turned to the patient while he's typing on the computer; he appears to be burned out by the helping profession; and he's all too quick to prescribe medication. Furthermore, I have yet to see his clerical staff welcome patients with a "hello" or warm smile. Will not go back. Plus, diplomas/credentials, etc are not posted.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Dr. Mayur Patel and his staff are haphazard in their approach to individuals. They make careless errors, which result in potential life changing events. The receptionist appears to be bothered and annoyed when booking appointments. Also, it is very disconcerting that a physician's office has cameras on their staff and patients at all times-makes you wonder what has happened at this office. Dr. Mayur appears to have gone into this field for profit rather than patient well-being.

What an unwelcoming, rude staff. Plus, Dr. Mayur Patel is so arrogant and just wants to write presccriptions in order to get his patients hooked on unnecessary medications! He appears motivated by profit rather than patient well-being.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. The office staff is uneducated and just plain rude. Absolutely no bedside manner or show of concern for patient's needs.The phone line is always busy so you can never get through. God help you if you need a prescription refill or an appt. Dr. Mayur Patel did not work for me. I am actively looking for a better solution.

Save your health and well being and do not go to Dr. Mayur C. Patel. Your health will thank you! He is ill informed and outdated and is more of a business person than a compassionate, caring physician.
