They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. It was pretty difficult for me to get an appointment with them. I had to schedule it a few weeks in advance.
