They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have had to wait for more than three days to get a response. The single appointment that I did have with the Dr. was very helpful, but his staff seem to be less than ready to assist at times. The information the office manager gave me in regards to Insurance was completely wrong. BCBS said there is NO wait time for surgery in my case if the Dr. states it's a necessity. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information and when I attempted to contact them they took more than reasonable time to get back to me. We played phone tag for three days. This surgeon came highly recommended and I feel is highly thought of, but his staff needs some work. I have started looking elsewhere for my surgical needs.
