Dr. William Wagnon is clueless in his profession. I ended up having to pay a $35.00 co-payment for NOTHING!! He wasn't able to perform a simple procedure. Do yourself a favor and don't go to Dr. William Wagnon for anything!!!!!!! Dr. William Wagnon is a crack!!!!
