Dr. Becker wrote a prescription for eyeglasses for me. I had them filled but felt like I was going to fall when I wore them. I had the glasses checked and they matched the prescription so I made an appointment to see Dr. Becker again. The assistant retested my eyes and told me that the eyeglasses were too strong and the prescription was incorrect. When I spoke to Dr. Becker about this he said that he could write me a new prescription but the money I paid for the glasses with the wrong prescription was my problem. He took no responsibility for an inaccurate prescription and would not refund the money that I paid for glasses I could not wear. I have put up with one of the ladies at the front desk for years that is rude and cannot seem to get my receipts correct. Avoid this office.

Dr. Becker correctly diagnosed the issue in my one eye--but when I stated the issue was causing headaches he dismissed my concern and stated that my headaches were "psychological." I went for a second opinion and was diagnosed with a mass in my other eye. I am currently waiting to find out if the mass is cancerous and what treatment options are available.

I would not recommend Dr. Becker to patients for anything more than eye glass prescriptions.

Dr. Becker is the kindest and most understanding doctor ever. He is very through with the exam. He explains things to you so that I understand and know what to expect and what to do to help it. Very patient and caring. His staff is wonderful especially Rhonda.
Definitely would recommend him and go back.
