Dr.Costello and his staff at both the main office in Oneida and especially the surgery center in Rome N.Y. were extremely good at what they do. They made me feel like I was the only one that mattered the day of surgery. I couldn't have felt any more comfortable than I did the day of surgery and I want to thank them for that. I would recommend them to anyone who is considering eye surgery.

HORRIBLE RESULTS WITH CORRECTIVE VISION IM ALMOST BLIND UP CLOSE PLEASE GET A 2ND OPINION MY CLOSE VISION DESTROYED AND CORRECTIVE FOR FAR AWAY VISION ONLY LASTED A YEAR MY VISION HE MADE WORSE 4400.00 PLUS HUGE COPAYS, I CANT SEE A THING UP CLOSE SURGERT CENTER HE OWNS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE PRISONERS BEING WHEELED BY, LONG WAIT HE LAUGHED WHEN I TOLD HIM THE PRISONERS MADE ME UNCOMFORTABLE ESPECIALLY WITH COVID STARTING PL GET A SECOND OPINION WASTE PAPER BASKETS OVERFLOWING IN SURGERY CENTER JUST AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE

Dr.Costello and his staff are great! They all put me at ease answered all my questions before and after cataract surgery. All are professional yet friendly and funny. I would recommend him and have!

Overall great experience. Dr. Costello was very thorough from start to finish, and he had a video to show the process since I had to have a different Laser eye surgery due to thin corneas (aka PRK). He explained everything to a "T." Even though I had a longer recovery period than the typical lasik, he was always available at any office, or one of the colleagues was able to help when he was in surgery. The girls in the office got to know me pretty well (haha). I highly recommend Dr. Costello for any type of eye procedure. I am able to live life without the expense of contacts and glasses that were always fogging up with masks/coming in from outdoors, or contacts drying out, and I won't have to worry about calling my eye doctor to send a script for contacts on a vacation due to losing them in the pool! My vision is now 20/10! Thanks Dr. Costello, and thank you ladies, for everything!
