I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. Did not discuss all available options - the best option for me was not recommended or discussed. Pushed surgery as a first choice.

Initial appointment took weeks, even though the situation was very serious. Was very quick to recommend surgery and did not thoroughly explain alternatives nor did he discuss risks to surgery. Overall I am not satisfied with this doctor nor would I recommend him.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
